I have lived in Hampton Roads area since 2011 and have been with Bon Secours since 2017. As a Nurse Practitioner, I enjoy the long term relationships that I develop with my patients. It is gratifying for me to be able to educate patients regarding their health issues and provide support needed. In my free time, I volunteer on medical mission trips to Honduras. I also enjoy reading, traveling, and relaxing with my rescue pet menagerie.

	January 2024 Ms Karla Pray is wonderful. She took time to go over my Fibro scan and my history of lab and scan results. I did not feel rushed at all during the visit. While I had to wait over 3 months to get the appointment, the visit with Ms Pray was worth the wait.

	January 2024 She was patient and very thorough. She explained everything in detail using models to show me differences in stages and their appearance. Even when explaining test result levels, she took her time to show me what a normal level would be around and where my levels fell under. Very detailed about all of her explanations. She took her time to make sure I understood and allowed me time to ask questions and answered any concerns I had. Very good experience. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does and cares about her patients. She also showed empathy towards my concerns and my doubts.
