Hope Haffizulla, M.D., is board-certified in family medicine and sees patients in age ranges from infants to seniors. As a family physician, she works to create comprehensive plans of care which take into consideration how the family impacts each member’s health. She is passionate about taking care of families, treating patients with chronic medical problems and issues that affect adolescents. She also provides routine preventative care including physical exams, school physicals, women’s health physicals, and sports physicals.
Dr. Haffizulla was born and raised in Jamaica. She went to medical school at the University of the West Indies from 1994 to 1999. Then she completed her internship at Kingston Public Hospital in Kingston, Jamaica.
When Dr. Haffizulla is not working, she enjoys ballroom dancing, traveling the world with her husband, working on counted cross-stiches and playing with her dogs. Aside from medicine, she is passionate about anthropology, history and creative arts. She probably spends too much time playing match 3 games.
