Brittaney, a Williamsburg, VA native, graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2009 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology. Shortly after earning her A.A.S. degree of Physical Therapist Assistant from ECPI Medical Careers Institute, she joined Bon Secours Physical Therapy (2013).
Brittaney has worked with patients of all ability levels, but has a strong interest in post-surgical orthopedics, sports-related injuries and working with the geriatric population to improve overall function. She participates in specialized continuing education to stay current with new therapy techniques. Brittaney believes in an active approach to physical therapy, incorporating manual therapy techniques with therapeutic exercises designed to optimize and restore function.
In her free time she enjoys reading novels, traveling (especially to Walt Disney World), gardening, and spending time outdoors with her husband and sons.
