| August 2024 Dr. De Nazareth was the most concerned, professional,exacting, and caring doctor I have experienced with Upstate. He afforded me ample time to review and evaluate me and my history, and confirmed diagnoses from other prior visits from other providers. He gave me a heart monitor and suggestions for further care.
