Dr. Carl B. Weiss is an orthopaedic surgeon who specializes in the shoulder, arm, elbow, hand and wrist. Dr. Weiss graduated from Emory University in Atlanta, Ga., and then proceeded to attend medical school in Brooklyn, N.Y. Upon completion of his medical degree, Dr. Weiss accepted an internship in general surgery from Staten Island University Hospital. Then he went on to his residency at the State University of New York Health Sciences Center at Stony Brook for orthopaedic surgery, followed by the USC Joseph H. Boyes Hand Surgery Fellowship. He is also certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.
Dr. Weiss has been in practice for 20 years and his private practice is located on the campus of Memorial Regional Medical Center. His office offers individualized care and attention. His goal is to diagnose and treat your orthopaedic problems in a way that will return you to full function as soon as possible.
