Donna Snyder earned her nursing degree at the Medical College of Virginia and completed her master’s as a nurse practitioner at the University of Virginia. Throughout her medical career, Donna has provided primary care to children, students and adults, focusing on diagnosing and treating acute health issues. She also educates patients and their families on preventive care and medication management.

Donna is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Family Nurse Practitioner and by the American Heart Association in Basic Life Support. She is also certified by the American Red Cross. She is a member of Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society, Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, and Virginia Council of Nurse Practitioners. Donna has also served as adjunct faculty lecturer in nursing and conducted clinical research, written papers and presented at workshops on infusion therapy.
