Dr. Santos attended Hampden-Sydney College for his undergraduate degree. He received his medical degree from the University of the East Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center and completed his residency with Woodhull Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. Dr. Santos practiced internal medicine and sleep medicine in Oneonta, NY before moving to Richmond with his family and joining Bon Secours Sleep Disorders Centers as medical director. Dr. Santos is board-certified in sleep medicine and internal medicine.
