Dr. MacDougall attended the University of Wisconsin for his undergraduate degree. He received his medical degree from Duke University and completed his residency with Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Dr. MacDougall is board certified in General Surgery by the American Board of Surgery. His special medical interests include General, Breast and Laparoscopy Surgery.
