Dr. Dougherty attended Middlebury College located in Vermont for his undergraduate degree. He received his medical degree from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville and completed his residency at the University of Rochester Medical Center. Dr. Dougherty is board certified in General Surgery by the American Board of Surgery. His special medical interests include General, Breast and Laparoscopic Surgery.
