Our nurse practitioner, Kara Clark, attended Virginia Commonwealth University School of Nursing for her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Nurse Practitioner degree in Acute Adult Health. Ms. Clark is credentialed by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Acute Adult Nurse Practitioner. Ms. Clark has been working in Neurology for three and a half years and is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, and inductee of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing and the Golden Key National Honor Society.
