Physician Computing

Forms on line will allow physicians or their office staff to fill out a security form, requesting access to an application(s), to request a VPN for remote access, to gain access to the hospital information system for the first time. Fill out a Physician Profile form for changes of contact information. Use the inactivate form for all physicians and staff that are no longer employed.
Need to reset a forgotten password or have questions regarding an application or filling out an online form, please call our Information Services Support Center at 627-5070.

Bon Secours Physician IS Services
The Physician IS Web Page is an on-line reference center for physicians interested in Information Technology-assisted patient care resources.
The Bon Secours Richmond Chief Information Officer (CIO) page posts quarterly updates on the strategic direction and mission for Physician’s IT resources.
There is a catalog of applications to facilitate understanding of applications Bon Secours has to offer.
Forms on line will allow physicians or their office staff to fill out a security form requesting access to an application(s), request a vpn for remote access, or fill out a new office profile for staff to gain access to the hospital information system for the first time.
Technical requirements, Quick Start Guides, FAQs and Tutorials help the physician get started using applications or answer basic questions as they begin navigating new pathways.
Need to reset a forgotten password or have questions regarding an application or filling out an online form, please call our Information Services Help Desk at 627-5070.
