This is the first seminar to be held at the new Bon Secours Heart Institute at Reynolds Crossing. The seminar will discuss heart disease and minimally invasive procedures including:

• Valve repair or replacement
• Coronary bypass
• Correction of atrial fibrillation

Dr. Katz is a surgeon with Cardiac Surgery Specialists and medical director of the Bon Secours Heart & Vascular Institute. He has performed nearly 200 heart transplants throughout his career, including the first dual heart-kidney transplant in the Eastern United States.
