Patients are seen by appointment. In most circumstances, we can accommodate same day appointments.

In order to provide you with the best possible care, we need the most up-to-date information about you. Please remember to bring your insurance card and a list of all medications you are taking.

Insurance and Payment Information
We accept most insurance plans including Medicare. Many plans require that you make a co-payment at the time of your visit.

For self-pay patients, payment is expected in full at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, VISA and MasterCard.

Dr. Brian Bittner Brian C. Bittner, M.D. graduated from J.R. Tucker High School and Virginia Commonwealth University. After working as a CPA, he went back to school and received his medical degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School . He performed his Internship at the Medical College of Virginia and completed his residency with Hanover Family Physicians. He is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians. He is also credentialed as a Medical Review Officer.

Dr. Monica J. Forth Monica J. Forth, M.D. received her medical degree at Howard University College of Medicine. She completed her residency at University of Oklahoma, where she served as Chief Resident. She is board certified with the American Board of Family Physicians. She enjoys practicing the full spectrum of family medicine and has a special interest in Women's Health and Pediatric care.
