Patients are seen by appointment. In most circumstances, we can accommodate same day appointments. Walk-ins are welcome on Monday and Friday from 7:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m.

In order to provide you with the best possible care, we need the most up-to-date information about you. Please remember to bring your insurance card and a list of all medications you are taking.

Insurance and Payment Information
We accept most insurance plans including Medicare. Many plans require that you make a co-payment at the time of your visit.

For self-pay patients, payment is expected in full at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, VISA and MasterCard.

	Dr. Mark Schroeder Dr. Schroeder received his medical degree from Medical College of Virginia at Virginia Commonwealth University. He completed his residency at Chesterfield Family Practice Center. He is Board Certified in Family Practice.
	Dr. Andrew Rose Dr. Rose received his undergraduate degree from Virginia Military Institute and received his medical degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School. He completed his residency at McLeod Family Practice in Florence, SC. Dr. Rose is Board Certified in Family Practice.
	Melissa N. Clayton, A.N.P. Melissa Clayton received her nurse practitioner degree from Medical College of Virginia School of Virginia School of Medicine of the Virginia Commonwealth University Health System. She also attended Virginia Polytechnic Institute.
