In most cases, the referring physician will schedule your test.

Mammograms can be scheduled directly by the patient by calling Central Scheduling at 627-5660. In addition, you can schedule a screening mammograms on-line now. You will only be able to create an account for the on-line scheduling system if you have been registered previously at any of our Bon Secours locations. If you would like to access this program and have not been to a Bon Secours facility within the past 10 years, please call (804) 627-5660 between 7:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday. If your most recent mammogram was not at a Bon Secours facility, you may complete this form and fax it to the facility where you have scheduled your mammogram. We recognize that people want to know the results of their test as soon as possible. This will allow us to obtain your previous results, which will assist us in providing prompt and accurate results.

X-rays do not need to be scheduled. All tests require a written physician's order. Depending upon your insurance, the test may require a referral authorization number from your insurance company prior to the exam.

Please arrive at least thirty minutes before your appointment time. If you cannot make your appointment, notify us as soon as possible so that we can reschedule. 24 hour notice is greatly appreciated. If you have any questions, please call our Central Scheduling staff at 627-5660.
