As of November 17, 2025, patients with Humana insurance remain in network for our providers as part of a new agreement.
What Does This Mean?
Our hospitals, physicians, urgent cares, surgery centers and all other care sites are considered in the Humana network.
Our providers and facilities remain in-network for patients with the following insurance plans with Humana:
If you have Managed Medicaid insurance.
If you have Medicare Advantage insurance.
We understand that the possibility of us being out of network was incredibly difficult for many of our patients. Our goal has always been to have long-term, equitable agreements with major payers so our patients can have seamless access to quality care in their communities.
