Free Messages
The Volunteer Services Department is offering a way for friends and family to send free messages to patients staying in our hospital. Simply fill out the form below. Our volunteers will print your message on special stationary and then deliver your words of encouragement.
Delivery Information
Messages are delivered Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. We will do our best to deliver messages in a timely manner. However, we cannot deliver messages to patients who are not admitted as inpatients and/or have been discharged. Please make sure you fill out the patient's first and last name correctly, your request must match our registration records. Avoid using nicknames.
Confidentiality
Email is not secure. Members of our volunteer staff will see your message. We maintain the right not to deliver messages that are deemed inappropriate. Due to some sensitivity and confidentiality requirements, emails will not be delivered to certain units and patients.
