Pamela Webb, NP
Our Nurse Practitioner, Pamela Webb, attended Hampton University for her undergraduate degree in Nursing. She received her Master of Science degree in Nursing from Virginia Commonwealth University. She is a member of the Virginia Council of Nurse Practitioners and is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
Bruce M. Bucher, M.D., M.P.H., ScD.
Dr. Bucher received his medical degree from the University of Missouri,
Columbia, Missouri. He completed his rotating internship at The United
States Public Health Service Hospital in Staten Island, New York. He
completed his internal medicine residency at the Johns Hopkins Service
at Baltimore City Hospital and preventative medicine residency at the
Johns Hopkins School of Public Health, where he also completed his
graduate work for the M.P.H. and ScD requirements.
Timothy Talbert, NP-C
Timothy Talbert, our Nurse Practitioner,
attended James Madison University for his undergraduate degree. He
received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in
Nursing from Virginia Commonwealth University. Mr. Talbert is board
certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
