Dr. Karim received his medical degree from the University of Sindh in Pakistan, and postgraduate training at Royal Infirmary in Glasgow, Scotland. He then moved to the United States and completed his residency training at Easton Hospital in Easton, Pa. Dr. Karim is board certified in internal medicine with additional training in geriatrics, palliative care, hospice and wound care. He has been providing care for seniors at nursing homes and assisted living facilities and to homebound patients for more than 14 years. He currently serves as medical director of Parham Rehabilitation Center, Hanover Rehabilitation Center, Covenant Woods and Haven Assisted Living.
Carrie Pascoe, certified family nurse practitioner, graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a Master of Science in Nursing. She recently moved from the Detroit area, and comes to us with over ten years of experience in geriatrics as a nurse practitioner.
Carol Gruber, certified women’s health nurse practitioner, attended Virginia Commonwealth University for her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Nursing-Women’s Health. In addition, she received her Post-Masters Adult Gerontology Primary Care degree from Virginia Commonwealth University.
Pamela Tetro, certified family nurse practitioner, attended the University of Southern Maine for her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She graduated from the University of Virginia with a Master of Science in Nursing and family nurse practitioner degree. Ms. Tetro has special interests in wellness and illness prevention and expertise in diabetes care with certification as a diabetes educator.
