Dr. Karim received his medical degree from the University of Sind in Pakistan, and postgraduate training at Royal Infirmary in Glasgow, Scotland. He then moved to the United States and completed his residency training at Easton Hospital in Easton, Pa. Dr. Karim is board-certified in Internal Medicine with additional training in geriatrics, palliative care, hospice and wound care. He has been providing care for seniors at nursing homes, assisted living facilities and to homebound patients for more than 14 years and currently serves as medical director of Parham Rehabilitation Center, Hanover Rehabilitation Center, Covenant Woods and Haven Assisted Living.

Carrie Pascoe, Certified Family Nurse Practitioner graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a Master of Science Degree in Nursing. She has recently moved from the Detroit area, and comes to us with over ten years' experience in Geriatrics as a nurse practitioner. 

Berna Seabrook, Certified Family Nurse Practitioner attended Adelphi University for her Bachelor of Science in Social Work and Seton Hall University for her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University/Medical College of Virginia with a Master of Science Degree in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner degree.
