Dr. Cook was raised in Wayland, Massachusetts and attended Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee for his undergraduate degree. He received his medical degree from the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, Mississippi and completed his residency at the University of Mississippi Medical Center and Virginia Commonwealth University Medical Center. In addition, he completed a fellowship in Endocrinology at Virginia Commonwealth University Medical Center in Richmond, Virginia. Dr. Cook is board certified in Internal Medicine and is board eligible in Endocrinology.

Dr. Johnson was raised in Falls Church, Virginia and attended the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia where he received a Bachelor of Science in Biological Psychology. He earned his medical degree from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia where he stayed to pursue his residency training in Internal Medicine and also his subspecialty fellowship training in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism. Dr. Johnson is board certified in Internal Medicine and board eligible in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism.
