Jeffrey D. Dodd, M.D.
Dr. Dodd attended the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia, for his undergraduate degree. He received his medical degree from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine and completed his residency at Riverside Regional Medical Center in Newport News, Virginia. Dr. Dodd was in family practice for 13 years before joining Bon Secours Medical Group. He is board certified in family practice.

Alicia Cress, M.D.
Dr. Cress received her medical degree from the University of Toronto and completed her Family Medicine residency at The Toronto Hospital. She is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. Prior to joining Bon Secours Medical Group, Dr. Cress worked in private practice in Richmond, Virginia.

Sharon E. Joseph, M.D.
Dr. Joseph is dually trained in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. Prior to becoming a physician, she was a registered nurse for 11 years having completed a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Pacific Union College located in Angwin, California. She received her medical degree from the University of Minnesota Medical School. During this time, she attended the Hammersmith Royal Post Graduate Medical School in London, England, where she completed courses in adult and pediatric cardiology. She completed her internship and residency at Harvard University Internal Medicine and Pediatrics Program in Boston, Massachusetts. Dr. Joseph is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and board eligible in Internal Medicine. Prior to joining Bon Secours Medical Group, Dr. Joseph worked at Harvard University Health Services as a Med-Peds physician for several years until moving to Virginia in 2007. She is committed to the care of both children and adults of all ages.
