Tuition Assistance Tuition prepayment In 2010, we increased our tuition assistance by as much as $1,400 over previous rates. Full-time employees receive $5,000 toward undergraduate or graduate studies. Part-time employees and as-needed employees receive $2,500. Tuition prepayment is offered, including book fees, to employees making less than $11 per hour. For all others, we offer tuition reimbursement. Tuition reimbursement Reimbursement is available to full- or part-time employees or employees with a PRN status. Full- time is eligible for $3,600 undergrad and $5,000 graduate. Part-time and PRN are eligible for $1,800 undergrad and $2,500 graduate. PRN employees must work an average of 16 hours per pay period during course dates to be eligible for reimbursement.
