Education The Education & Development department operates under Bon Secours Virginia's Center for Organizational Excellence. The center's primary purpose is to support learning and growth within the organization. An annual 40+-page customized catalog offers more than 50 programs to support the learning needs of employees at every level within the organization. More than half of Bon Secours employees have participated in classes and taken advantage of lending library resources as well as online learning. |
