Childcare
Bon Secours Family Centers
Bon Secours Virginia operates three award-winning family centers that care for over 500 of our employees' children and grandchildren each and every day. The Family Centers offer child care for children starting at the age of 6 weeks. The centers are open six days a week with daytime and evening hours. When regular child care falls through, our employees may take advantage of back-up care provided through our Family Centers. In addition, we make provisions for sick children.
Research shows that parents who feel confident in their children's care when they are away from home are able to focus more on work and other important responsibilities in life.
