1. What do you enjoy most about your work at St. Mary's Hospital?
   
   "I just like the people I work with. There's always room to grow. You're learning something new everyday. St. Mary's has a very good reputation. We're Magnet. Everybody seems interested in you, your feelings and opinions."

   "The thing I like about St. Mary's is the people. We are like a very large family, working together as a team to provide 'good help to those in need.'"

3. Why have you stayed at St. Mary's for 40 years?
   
   "I have to say it's been wonderful. I love it. I love the people I work with. When other hospitals opened, people would ask if I was going to work there. But this is like home to me. I can't describe how I love working here."

4. What changes have you seen through the years?
