Good Education

The Bon Secours Richmond-paid retirement program is a "defined benefit." The benefit is based on years of service at Bon Secours Richmond, "average salary," and age at benefit commencement.

For eligibility, employees must work one payroll year of 1,000 hours or more and are vested after five years of vesting credit, if there is no break in service. (If you’re interested, please ask the Bon Secours Richmond recruiter for a summary plan description of the retirement plan documents that define these terms in greater detail.)
