The Mission of the
Bon Secours Health System is to bring compassion to healthcare and to be good help to those in need, especially those who are poor and dying. As a system of caregivers we commit ourselves to help bring people and communities to health and wholeness as part of the healing ministry of Jesus Christ and the Catholic Church.
Bon Secours Medical Group is growing with more than 200 physicians and hospital-based doctors including primary care and some 50 specialties throughout the Richmond area.
Currently, our primary care physicians account for about 60 percent of Bon Secours Medical Group with the remaining percent representing specialty care areas.
We strive to support our physicians during every step of their career while maintaining the autonomy that is so important to the physician-patient relationship.
