We have a collaborative process with physician leaders and administrative personnel. Our goal with physician recruiting is for you to get to know us, and our physicians to get to know you. Our physicians and leadership are very involved in the process. - How is your compensation?
We strive to ensure that our physician compensation is competitive and fair by routinely benchmarking our compensation against major industry healthcare surveys.

Yes. Bon Secours employees and family members can get a rebate for buying or selling a home using an approved real estate agent. SMARTMOVE also offers “move management services,” such as changing utilities, locating temporary housing or awarding priority status with Mayflower or United moving companies. - My spouse also works in health and is interested in Bon Secours Medical Group. - What kind of work schedule can I expect at Bon Secours Medical Group?
Some practices do four,10-hour days per week and other flexible arrangements. - How does Bon Secours Medical Group handle call schedules?
This varies by the individual practice. One of the many benefits of electronic medical records is increased flexibility for our physicians when they are on call. - I'm interested in volunteering my skills as a physician to help those in need locally and internationally, so how can Bon Secours Medical Group help?
