Patients are seen by appointment. In most circumstances, we can accommodate same day appointments.

In order to provide you with the best possible care, we need the most up-to-date information about you. Please remember to bring your insurance card and a list of all medications you are taking.

Insurance and Payment Information
We accept most insurance plans including Medicare. Many plans require that you make a co-payment at the time of your visit.

For self-pay patients, payment is expected in full at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, VISA and MasterCard.

	Dr. R. Hayes Hanley Dr. Hanley received his medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania and completed his residency at the University of Virginia. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine.
	Dr. Christine Young Dr. Young received her medical degree from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine and completed her residency at the Medical College of Virginia Hospitals. She is Board Certified in Internal Medicine.
	Dr. Michael Carlson Dr. Carlson received his medical degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo and completed his residency at the Medical College of Virginia. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine.
