In order to provide you with the best possible care, we need the most up-to-date information about you. Please remember to bring your insurance card and a list of all medications you are taking.

Insurance and Payment Information
We accept most insurance plans including Medicare. Many plans require that you make a co-payment at the time of your visit.

For self-pay patients, payment is expected in full at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, VISA and MasterCard.

Patients may contact the practice manager to discuss options for financial assistance. If you have any questions regarding your bill, please contact our business office at (804) 521-9300 or (800) 732-7072.

Bruce M. Bucher, M.D., M.P.H., ScD. Dr. Bucher received his medical degree from the Univeristy of Missouri, Columbia, Missouri. He completed his rotating internship from The United States Public Health Service Hospital in Staten Island, New York. He completed his internal medicine residency at the Johns Hopkins Service at Baltimore City Hospital and preventative medicine residency at the Johns Hopkins School of Public Health where he also completed his graduate work for the M.P.H. and ScD requirements.

Timothy Talbert, NP-C Timothy Talbert, our Nurse Practitioner, attended James Madison University for his undergraduate degree. He received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing from Virginia Commonwealth University. Mr. Talbert is Board Certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
