Monday through Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Patients are seen by appointment. In most circumstances, we can accommodate same day appointments.

In order to provide you with the best possible care, we need the most up-to-date information about you. Please remember to bring your insurance card and a list of all medications you are taking.

Insurance and Payment Information
We accept most insurance plans including Medicare. Many plans require that you make a co-payment at the time of your visit. For self-pay patients, payment is expected in full at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, VISA and MasterCard.

Patients may contact the practice manager to discuss options for financial assistance. If you have any questions regarding your bill, please contact our business office at (804) 521-9300 or (800) 732-7072.

	Navleen Kaur, M.D. Dr. Kaur received her medical degree from the Autonomous University of Guadalajara. She completed her residency at Mt. Sinai Hospital in Chicago. She is board certified in Internal Medicine. Dr. Kaur is fluent in Spanish, Persian, and Indian.
	David Kelly, M.D. Dr. Kelly received his medical degree from the Medical College of Virginia and completed his residency at the University of Alabama in Birmingham. He is board certified in Internal Medicine.
	Jason Lee, M.D. Dr. Lee received his medical degree from the Medical College of Virginia where he also completed his residency. He is board certified in Internal Medicine.
	Ronald Artz, M.D. Dr. Artz received his medical degree from the Medical College of Ohio and completed his residency at the Northwestern University McGaw Medical Center. He completed his fellowship in Infectious Diseases at the University of Kentucky Albert B. Chandler Medical Center. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and Infectious Diseases and is certified by the American Academy of HIV Medicine. He is a clinical investigator of the Richmond AIDS Consortium (RAC), a NIH community research group. He currently is Chairman of the Infectious Disease Division at Memorial Regional Medical Center.
	Brian Foster, M.D. Dr. Foster received his medical degree from the University of Iowa College of Medicine in Iowa City, Iowa. He completed his residency in internal medicine at the Medical College of Virginia. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine.
	Gerard Santos, M.D. Dr. Santos attended Hampden-Sydney College for his undergraduate degree. He received his medical degree from the University of the East Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center in the Philippines and completed his residency with Woodhull Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. Dr. Santos is Board Certified in Sleep Medicine and Internal Medicine.
