Patients are seen by appointment. In most circumstances, we can accommodate same day appointments. Walk-ins are welcome on Mondays from 7:00 a.m. until 9:00 a.m.

In order to provide you with the best possible care, we need the most up-to-date information about you. Please remember to bring your insurance card and a list of all medications you are taking.

Insurance and Payment Information
We accept most insurance plans including Medicare. Many plans require that you make a co-payment at the time of your visit.

For self-pay patients, payment is expected in full at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, VISA and MasterCard.

	Andrew Rose, M.D. Dr. Rose received his undergraduate degree from Virginia Military Institute and received his medical degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School. He completed his residency at McLeod Family Practice in Florence, SC. Dr. Rose is board certified in Family Practice.
	Melissa N. Clayton, A.N.P. Melissa Clayton attended Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in Blacksburg, Virginia for her undergraduate degree. She received her nurse practitioner degree from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine. Ms. Clayton is fully licensed by the State of Virginia Board of Nursing.
	Christie Kuna, FNP-C Christie Kuna, our Nurse Practitioner, received her Bachelor of Science and Family Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of Buffalo, the State University of New York. Ms. Kuna is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
