Appointments
Appointments are available Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and can be made by calling the respected number listed above. In order to provide you with the best possible care we need the most up-to-date information about our patients to include insurance card, ID, as well as a list of all current medications both prescriptive and over the counter.

Patients are seen by appointment. In most circumstances, we can accommodate same day appointments.

Insurance and Payment Information
We accept most insurance plans including Medicare. Many plans require that you make a co-payment at the time of your visit. To make it as easy as possible for you, we accept cash, checks, Visa and Mastercard.

• As well as, ABI testing.

We offer same day evaluation and testing if necessary. Our non-invasive labs are accredited for echocardiography and stress testing. We also do Holter recordings.

Ravinder S. Kohli, M.D. Dr. Kohli is board certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease and interventional cardiology. He received his medical degree in India, trained further in medicine and cardiology in England, and completed his training at the Medical College of Virginia where he also served on the faculty. Dr. Kohli is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology, European Society of Cardiology, and The Society of Cardiac Angiography and intervention.

Sally Hernandez, R.N., M.S.N., F.N.P.-B.C. Our Nurse Practitioner, Sally Hernandez, attended Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, Louisiana for her undergraduate degree. She received her Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Columbia University in New York. Ms. Hernandez is fully licensed by the State of Virginia Board of Nursing.
